Rafe Ormond is the main antagonist of the series. He is the brother of Tom Ormond and Callum Ormond's uncle. Though he may be seen as a guy with an evil motive, he seems to care for Callum's mother. He killed his brother, Tom Ormond, by putting a poison using bracken fern in the place where Tom was staying in Ireland. Rafe is described as to be very serious.
